This privacy policy applies to the Maze Rise ("Game" or "App") developed and published by Pluq Arc, an independent developer based in Tunisia.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Game available through the Google Play Store.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Local Game Data
Our Game stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Game progress (levels completed, current level)
- Game settings and preferences
Important: This basic information is stored locally on your device.
1.2 Advertising and Ad Networks
Our Game displays advertisements through Unity Ads (ironSource LevelPlay mediation platform) to support free gameplay.
Data Collected by Ad Networks:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID/GAID)
- Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
- IP address (for approximate location)
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
- App usage data

Opt-Out Options:
You can opt out of personalized advertising by:
- Resetting your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID)
- Enabling "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in your Google settings
- Using your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" setting
- Purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase to completely remove all advertisements
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect Directly
We want to be clear about what we do NOT collect directly:
- We do not collect your name or email directly
- We do not use our own analytics or tracking services
- We do not directly collect location data (ad networks may collect approximate location via IP address)
- We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or photos
- We do not collect personal information for our own purposes
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Since all game data is stored locally on your device:
- Game Progress: To save your progress and continue where you left off
- Game Settings: To remember your preferences (sound settings, etc.)
All of this data remains on your device and is never sent anywhere.
3. DATA SHARING
We do not share any data with third parties.
The only external services involved are Google Play Store for in-app purchase processing and ad networks for displaying advertisements, which are managed according to their own privacy policies.
4. ADVERTISING
Our Game displays advertisements to support free gameplay. We use Unity Ads (ironSource LevelPlay) as our advertising platform, which mediates ads from multiple ad networks.
How Ads Work:
- Ads are shown periodically during gameplay
- Rewarded Video Ads: Optional ads that users can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards (available to all users, including those who purchased "Remove Ads")
- Users who purchase "Remove Ads" will no longer see forced advertisements, but can still choose to watch rewarded ads for benefits
- Ad networks collect device and usage data as described in Section 1.2
Age-Appropriate Advertising:
- Our app is rated for ages 13 and over
- We comply with applicable advertising regulations for our target age group
- Ad networks are configured to serve age-appropriate content
- We do not serve ads targeted to children under 13
Remove Ads Option:
Users who purchase "Remove Ads" will no longer see forced advertisements, but can still choose to watch rewarded ads for benefits.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
While our Game is not specifically designed or directed at children, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, including any children who may use the Game:
- We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any users
- We do not require users to provide any personal information to play the Game
- All game data is stored locally on the device only
- The Game does not contain social features, chat, or user-generated content
- The Game does not contain links to websites or social media
5.1 COPPA Compliance (US Users)
Our Game complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our app is designed for users aged 13 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Age-Appropriate Advertising:
- Our app is rated for ages 13 and over in the Play Store
- Ad networks are configured to comply with age restrictions
- We do not serve personalized ads to users under 13
- If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information
5.2 GDPR Compliance (EU Users)
Our Game complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no processing of personal information.
5.3 Parental Guidance
We recommend that parents and guardians supervise their children's use of mobile devices and applications.
6. DATA SECURITY
Since all game data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to any servers:
- Your game data is as secure as your device
- We recommend using device security features (lock screen, encryption)
- No data can be intercepted during transmission because nothing is transmitted
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
All game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all game data at any time by:
- Uninstalling the Game from your device, or
- Clearing the Game's data through your device settings (Settings → Apps → Maze Rise → Clear Data)
This will permanently delete all your progress and settings.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Since we do not collect or store any personal information:
- There is no personal data to access, correct, or delete from our side
- All your game data is under your control on your device
- You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing app data
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Since we do not collect or transmit any data, there are no international data transfers. All game data remains on your device in your country.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Play Store: For app distribution and in-app purchase processing
- Google Play Billing: For processing in-app purchases (Remove Ads)
- Unity Ads / ironSource LevelPlay: For displaying advertisements and mediation
- Ad Network Partners: Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin (via mediation)

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
If we make any significant changes (such as adding data collection or third-party services), we will notify users through the Game or the app store listing before the changes take effect.
