These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maze Rise ("Game" or "App") developed and published by Pluq Arc, an independent developer based in Tunisia.
The Game is available for download through the Google Play Store and is subject to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Each time you use the Game, the current version of these Terms applies to your use.
If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not download, install, or use the Game.
The Game is suitable for users of all ages. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to download and use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you have obtained such permission if required.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Game after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pluq Arc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing information. All payment transactions are governed by Google Play's terms of service and policies.

The Game displays advertisements to support free gameplay. Advertisements are shown periodically during gameplay.
We use Unity Ads (ironSource LevelPlay mediation) to serve advertisements. Ad networks may collect device information and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Users can purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase to permanently remove all advertisements from the entire app.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad networks have their own policies regarding ad content. If you encounter inappropriate ads, please contact us at pluqarc@gmail.com.
Our app is rated for ages 13 and over. Ad networks are configured to serve age-appropriate content for our target audience.
The Game is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your use of the Google Play Store is governed by Google's terms of service. Google is not responsible for the Game, its content, maintenance, or support.
